Marine Installation Mechanic (FT)
The Installation Mechanic is the skilled trade person that assembles, installs, lags/insulates, prepares/prime/preserves installation surfaces, and repairs pre-fabricated Habitability and HVAC equipment, such as berthing lockers, sleep spaces, laundry, food service and sanitary space equipment, vent ducting, compartment partitions, stowage, and counter spaces. The Installation Mechanic works in a shipyard environment with exposure to heights, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions. Marine Pipe Fitter/Brazer (FT)
The Pipe Fitter/Brazer is responsible for installing and repairing complex piping systems together on U.S. Naval ships. The Pipe Fitter/Brazer shall layout, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms using knowledge of and application of welding techniques, metallurgy, and blueprint reading, including working to and with drawings and specifications to plan welding operations. Marine Sheet Metal Mechanic (FT)
The Sheet Metal Mechanic is the skilled technician that fabricates, assembles, installs and repairs sheet metal products and equipment, such as vent ducting, compartment partitions, stowage, and counter spaces. Work may involve modifying existing structures, fabricating new structures, bending/straightening sheet metal and shaping materials to conform to installations. The Sheet Metal Mechanic works in a shipyard environment with exposure to heights, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions, and ensures that the work they do is in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Marine Welder/Burner (FT)
The Marine Welder/Burner is the skilled technician who pre-fabricates, fits, assembles, installs and maintains piping systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water heating, cooling, food service equipment, and suppression systems. Ensures that work is in accordance with relevant codes and standards. The Welder/Burner must be certified in accordance with NAVSEA Standard Item 009-12, NAVSEA S9074-0AQ-GIB-0 1 0/248 and NAVSEA 0900-LP-001-7000 for materials such as high strength steel HY80/HY100, bimetal, aluminum, CRES, copper, brass, bronze, ARCON Stud Horse, AGM JS1 Stud, PLASMA, Carbon Arc, etc. Click here for more details (PDF)

Procurement Specialist (FT)

Program Manager (PT/FT)
The Program Manager is responsible for overall contract performance. The Program Manager shall ensure compliance with all contract requirements, is responsible to ensure all contractor personnel are competent, trained and certified and that adequate resources have been allocated to specific tasks. The Program Manager organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and execution of all tasks and allocates and reassigns resources that may be necessary to ensure they are properly accomplished within the established schedules. Applicants should be familiar with working in a shipyard environment and have a working knowledge of Navy and OSHA standards, specification, procedures and requirements. Experience with Habitability installations and upgrades a plus.

Applicants must be able to gain access to US Naval, government facilities and private shipyards. This requires a clean background check and drug screening.
